Refunds

The Great Lawn Co. works hard to ensure that all the products supplied to our customers are of the highest quality and installations are completed in a timely manner.

We ask that all customers ordering online please choose carefully. Once payment is made, orders are processed quickly and the turf you select will be cut specifically for your project and delivered to your door.

Should you wish to change your order as you are unhappy with the turf selected, no refund will be provided.

Returns

Once selection is made and payment is received for DIY installations, orders are processed quickly, your new lawn is cut fresh at the farm with asap delivery ordered. If you have selected the wrong variety of please be aware that no returns are available.

Faulty Products

For turf that is delivered and is identified as faulty, please contact The Great Lawn Co immediately to arrange an inspection. Should your product be found to be faulty as at the time of delivery a full refund or replacement will be made available to you.

Delivery

When an order is placed, you will receive e-mail confirmation for your records containing all payment details and delivery details. In the notes of your order, please list any delivery requirements including specific delivery location and any specific time requirements.

METRO DELIVERIES

Standard delivery time for orders received before 12PM is – next day to metro areas in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Darwin & Perth.

Orders placed after 12PM are delivered within 48 hours unless otherwise arranged with us.

In any instance where later delivery is required please advise us at the time of ordering and we will arrange your delivery on your required date.

REGIONAL DELIVERIES

Orders in regional areas, outside of capital city metropolitan areas will be arranged with client at the time of ordering and confirmed via e-mail. Please ensure
